With both hardware and software management, MasterDC technicians are thanks to On-site support service ready to help directly at customers’ location.

Do you need any help with server administration? Don’t you have your own administrator or did he just left on vacation? Within the On-site support service, our technicians will arrive directly to you. Plus to every technician, there always will be available remotely an experienced Windows or Linux administrator as needed.

„We have noticed several cases when customers requested elementary instrumental works in their own server rooms,“ describes MasterDC COO Filip Špaček. The essential element of the service is the initial analysis of the customer’s solution. „Only on the basis of this analysis can we reasonably decide whether and under what conditions we will implement the service,” says Špaček.

On-site support service can include virtually anything from instrumental works when connecting network infrastructure, remote management of operating systems, virtualized solutions and SSL certificates, to restoring data from backups or nonstop hotline lease. Although the service is being operated in pilot mode, it already has its first satisfied customers.
