A hosted call centre is a tool designed to increase the efficiency and cost savings of call centres. It is a flexible SEVIO 2.2. software product operated on our servers. A hosted call centre is not intended only for call centres operated in separate or detached locations, but also for those who employ operators working from home.

The main advantage of a hosted call centre is getting rid of the need for server administration and possible problems with its load. Users access the system easily through a web interface with intuitive control, using which they can keep clear and systematic records concerning the course of phone calls. This information can then be effectively evaluated.

It also contributes to the optimization of call centre operation, among other things due to an up to date overview of its workload and the possibility of strengthening its individual parts. The possibility of interception and retrospective analysis is commonplace.
