KVM connection procedure to your server
The computer by the help of which you want to carry out changes to your server remotely needs to have Java installed since KVM requires a Java interface so it can run. If you don’t have it you can download it here for example.
Contact our customer support. After the authorization ask for KVM connection; if no other customer is using the system the support will connect your server and a functionality check they will contact you back.
Afterwards enter the following to your browser:
- kvm.master.cz (Kovoterm, Brno)
- kvm2.master.cz (Kovoterm, Brno)
- praha-4d-kvm.master.cz (4D, Prague)
- praha-4d-kvm2.master.cz (4D, Prague)
- praha-4d-kvm3.master.cz (4D, Prague)
- customer login guest
- Our support worker will tell you the password
During the login it is necessary to confirm all messages positively. After the login click on the „KVM Session“ link and open it in Java. Confirm all messages positively again. A Java interface, in the screen window of which is being displayed what a user connected directly to the server would see, will open. After having finished your work contact the customer support again which will disconnect the KVM system.
