We provide our customers with a sophisticated Information System, part of which are:
- Customer information administration – including a password for support
- Overview of active services – with the possibility to change parameters
- Remote restart option – implementation of reboot sockets
- Invoice register – together with payment transaction history
- Access history - to customer servers
- Detailed data flow statistics – within the Czech Republic as well to foreign countries
- List of authorized persons – entitled with physical access
