Backups
Data backups are stored on the disk space of separate servers (magnetic media can also be used for backup, if its the wish of the customer). The data transfer is encrypted by the use of the SSH protocol. The backup options (method, frequency, data quantity) can be chosen to fit the customer’s needs. Data can be backed up via ISPManager, on the level of a file-system or from the main VPS system. Backup capacities vary in the interval from 25 GB up to many TB.

ISPManager
ISPManager is a control panel for complete Linux system management. It makes settings and diagnostics through of a simple web interface possible. The system is divided into 2 levels – the administrator and the user level with different functions. For a higher price, ISPManager professional version with advanced functions is offered as well.

Dual connectivity
Dual connectivity is used to eliminate failure in case of network device (card, switch, router) malfunction, by adding an alternative data line.
Dual electricity
Dual power supply service is used to eliminate blackouts in case of electric device (distribution board, circuit breaker, source) malfunction, by the means of backup electricity sources.
KVM over IP
KVM over IP is an interface which one can connect to from anywhere over IP and get remote access to the equipment. This way of connection provides the same options as direct work with the given appliance. If your server is stationed in our data center you can take advantage of this option of long-distance settings of your server via KVM.

Firewall
This is a device used for the administration and the securing of network traffic between several networks. Communication protection is based on the definitiv of precise rules, including source and target IP addresses as well as source and target ports, information on the connection status, communication protocols, monitoring of suspicious activities within the network and more. Master Internet uses the high performance CISCO hardware firewall to protect data.
Service availability monitoring
We offer the possibility of monitoring (and reporting) of engaged services from the point of availability, processor workload, ¨computing output, disk usage, RAID field consistence, temperature and others. The monitoring is carried out by Nagios system, which offers the possibility to set up e-mail or SMS sending in the case of chosen activities on the customer’s server.
SW lease
The Master Internet service portfolio includes full ICT outsourcing, which gives the possibility to virtualize not only hardware, but also software. Amongst the leased products are:

Administration
As an addition to hosting services, we offer administrative services by our professional administrators. These can be used either at once at customer’s request, or as a lump sum, as it is for managed servers, where 5 hours of administration per month are included in the service.
